Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, indeed. You can cancel your subscription at any time; it will only remain active for the duration of the subscription you have purchased.

Can I pause my subscription?

No, with The Plan Taker, it is not possible to “pause” your subscription; it is a continuous and exponential service.

Can I purchase an annual subscription if I already have a monthly subscription?

Yes, of course. If you have just purchased a monthly subscription and now think it would be better to have an annual subscription, during the first 7 days after purchase you can change your subscription to an annual one and benefit from the annual purchase promotion, deducting the price you paid for the monthly subscription from that promotion.

Do you offer any kind of free trial?

The Plan Taker does not offer a free trial, as the content is very exclusive, and you can only access it if you subscribe.

What do we mean by ‘collections’?

Collections are the types of actions that you can find analysed in videos within the platform. One collection consists of set piece videos, another of goal kick videos, and another of pressure in 4-4-2. We call them this to organise all the video analysis content in each one.

How often are new collections or videos added?

Cada mes añadiremos al menos 10 nuevos video-análisis en la plataforma, y en ningún momento se eliminarán los vídeos ya subidos, aunque haya pasado ya mucho tiempo.

Can I save my favourite collections or track my progress?

Yes, you can save collections to your profile or track your progress. You can mark videos you have already watched as ‘seen.’

Can I download the videos to watch them offline?

No, you cannot download the videos or take screenshots. It is exclusive, premium content that cannot leave the platform.

Is the content subtitled or transcribed?

Yes, explanations of the content seen in the videos are transcribed so that everyone can easily access them.

Can I suggest topics for future analysis?

Of course, you can do so via our contact email, which you will find on the platform, or our social media accounts, either privately or publicly.

How many devices can I view content on at the same time?

Content can only be played on one device at a time. The platform is personal and non-transferable.

How can I restore my password if I forget it?

Click on ‘reset my password’ on the platform login page and follow the instructions that will be sent to you by email. If you are unable to recover your password, please send us an email to info@theplantaker.com and we will send you the password change.
